About The Role

Join us as a high-ticket appointment setter at Scaling With Acquisition, where you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue by enrolling clients into our fastest and most efficient growth solution —to coaches from different type niches— you will provide an experience with a 100% done for you solution that seamlessly builds out client acquisition systems and process that makes sense and is fully automated. This full-time, virtual position allows you to work from anywhere, fitting seamlessly into our globally distributed team across the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review Scheduled Calls

  • Check your calendar for scheduled Zoom meetings.

  • Prepare by reviewing each prospect's background and previous interactions.

Pre-Call Research

  • Conduct detailed research on each prospect’s business, industry trends, and potential needs.

  • Prepare personalized questions that address their specific pains and desires.

Zoom Meetings

  • Conduct meetings with leads to understand their needs, problems, and desires thoroughly.

  • Build rapport and trust through active listening and empathy.

  • Tailor your pitch to highlight how your service uniquely addresses their specific issues.

Overcome Objections

  • Be prepared to handle common objections such as pricing, contract terms, or ROI doubts.

  • Use proven techniques like the "feel, felt, found" method to acknowledge concerns and share how others found success after initial hesitation.

  • Ask clarifying questions to better understand the root of their concerns and address them directly.

Close the Sale

  • Summarize the key benefits of your service as they relate to the specific needs discussed.

  • Propose a clear, compelling call to action, such as signing up for a trial or scheduling a follow-up with decision-makers.

  • If the sale is not closed, set clear next steps, such as a follow-up call or sending additional information.

Follow-Up

  • Send personalized thank you emails summarizing the key points discussed and next steps.

  • If necessary, schedule follow-up meetings to address additional questions or to provide more detailed proposals.

Update CRM

  • Record details of all interactions in the CRM system, including meeting notes, stakeholder information, and follow-up tasks.

The Pay

Commission-based, with our sales reps earning between $5k to $120k per month, depending on their role and performance.
