Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager at Scaling With Acquisition, where you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships within our unique growth solution. As a key member of our team, you will manage ongoing client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience with our automated client acquisition systems tailored specifically to coaches across various niches. This full-time, virtual position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, seamlessly integrating into our globally distributed team in the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the UK.
As an Account Manager, your main tasks will include:
Client Meetings:
Schedule and conduct regular Zoom meetings to review client needs and discuss service impacts.
Build strong relationships through consistent communication and responsive interaction.
Account Review and Planning
Regularly review each client account to understand their business dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop strategic plans to enhance their experience and increase their success through our services.
Feedback and Adaptation:
Gather client feedback to continually adapt and customize our offerings.
Work closely with the product and service teams to implement necessary changes or enhancements.
Retention and Growth:
Focus on retaining clients and expanding business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Identify potential risks to client retention and proactively work to mitigate these risks.
Problem Resolution:
Quickly address any client concerns or issues, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Facilitate communication between client and technical teams to solve specific operational issues.
Reporting and Analytics
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, objectives, and progress in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports to track account health, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
